About BIG DADDY

Back in 2010, Rich “Big Daddy” Salgado launched the charity event which has drawn a wide variety of celebrities from the world of professional sports and entertainment.

This year, we established a partnership with SHER organization founded by Anzhelika Steen-Olsen. As a result, our typically golf-centric event will boast a women’s empowerment luncheon which will be followed by an evening soiree.

Among the noteworthy celebrities already lined up to hit the links are Michael Strahan, Justin Tuck, actor Hisham Tawfiq, country singer Jillian Cardarelli, Scott Ferrall, JimTrotter, Merril Hoge, Neil O’Donnel, ESPN host Kevin Weeks and NFL Network Host, Brian Baldinger. Off the course, others attending include comedian Tracy Morgan, Curtis Martin, John Randle, Stanley Cup Champion Dennis Seidenberg and Jeff Hoffman, founder of Priceline and Chairman of the Global Entrepreneurship Network, to name a few.

Michael Martocci

Michael Martocci, a resident of New Jersey, is one of the best Sinatra Tribute Artists in the business today. So much that Mr. Sinatra’s manager Eliot Weisman, has boasted that, “Michael is the closest you will ever come to reliving the Sinatra experience, backed by a 18-piece orchestra playing all the original Sinatra orchestrations”.

Michael lets this audience know that he is NOT a SINATRA IMPERSONATOR.  You would have to be crazy to think that anyone can be Frank Sinatra.  He simply does these concerts to keep the music alive and make sure his Grandkids, Grandkids will know the name and the music of Frank Sinatra.  Michael was the opening act for comic legend Don Rickles for many years and has performed in Atlantic City, Las Vegas and all across America to standing ovations.  Fans who have seen Michael before give him the best compliment. You close your eyes and you think it’s Frank Sinatra.

Big Daddy's Golf Classic is honored to have a performance starring Michael Martocci with the 18-piece Ol’ Blue Eyes Orchestra, Sinatra, A Man and His Music featuring a multi-media presentation celebrating Mr. Sinatra’s career
